Irish National Stud Scholarship
An Irish National Stud Scholarship is offered every year to the most outstanding current student from the Diploma of Equine Stud Management. The scholarship provides six months study at the most prestigious school of its kind in the world.
The Scholarship covers airfares, accommodation and tuition. Selection is based on academic performance, industry skills and work ethics, attitude and general knowledge of the Victorian Thoroughbred Breeding Industry and a Student Appraisal from the Course Coordinator.
Applicants are interviewed by a representative from the Thoroughbred Breeding Industry, a nominee from the Rural City of Wangaratta and the Divisional Manager of Primary Industries Division of Goulburn Ovens TAFE.
